Processing

Every piece is packed by hand in Westbridge. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Limited drops may take up to 10 business days if the piece is made-to-order — the product page will say so.

Rates and delivery

• United States standard — $8 · 3–6 business days
• United States expedited — $18 · 2 business days
• Canada — $15 · 5–10 business days
• International — $28 · 7–21 business days (duties billed at delivery)

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. If it hasn't moved after 5 business days, write to orders@sadesol.com.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.
