Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
How to start
Email orders@sadesol.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions within two business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is sold out we'll refund you instead.
Final sale
Limited drops and archive pieces marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
